Machine Functions

This high efficiency fish feed pellet making machine is widely used for making feedstuff for all kinds of fish.

The pellet size from1.5mm to 12mm, fit for different fishes. The pellet can floating on the water over12 hours, no have any pollution to the water and the fish.

We have different scales, the capacity from 50kgs to 2 tons (this is a production line) per hour.

We can also make new machines according to the clients’ different requirements.

Product features

1.Boiler continuously offer The hot steam can be conveyed into the conditioner by the boiler continuously, so raw materials can be fully cooked and the nutritional value is improved. Thus the quality and quantity of pellets can be improved greatly with lower power consumption.

2.The raw material is easy to find, just like corn meal 50%, wheat middling flour 40%, soybean meal 3%, rice flour 5%, meat 2%

3.The output pellet can floating on water within 12Hours not sink and not dispersing

4.Not sink and not dispersing keep water clearly no polluting.
